At The Task Portal, we believe that effective project management shouldn't be complicated. Our mission is to provide teams with intuitive, powerful tools that help them organize their work, understand their usage, keep data secure, and collaborate seamlessly so they can achieve their goals.
What We Do
We've built a task and project management platform with Board, Calendar, Gantt, List, and Sprint planning views, custom statuses and fields, sprint analytics, and team collaboration. Teams can see exactly how many projects, tasks, and team members they're using against their plan, track storage against their plan allowance, and keep an eye on recent sign-ins and security activity.
Scale from our free tier (1 project, 5 tasks, 1 team member) to paid plans that add more projects, tasks, and users, plus advanced features like custom statuses, file uploads, sprint reporting, and API access. Larger teams can unlock white-label branding, calendar sync, and dedicated support on Enterprise.
