When you upload files to The Task Portal (including avatars, logos, attachments, and other project or task files), we store them so that they are available to you and your team according to your plan's storage limits. Slack and Other Integrations
If you connect a Slack workspace or other third-party integration, we store limited information needed to operate that integration, such as workspace identifiers, team names, and the content of commands you send (for example, details you include in a /task command). We use this information only to perform the actions you request (such as creating tasks) and to maintain the connection. You can revoke access at any time from the integration provider or from your account settings.
Location Information
We derive approximate location (such as city and region) from your IP address using a third-party geolocation service. This information is used primarily for security (for example, to show you where recent sign-ins occurred) and for high-level usage analytics. We do not use precise GPS location data.
